Very Dodgy operator, I had a fall just outside their shop ( which is 3 m higher than the street level)
And they decided to keep my $50 deposit because they claim the brake is bent!
Very Bad Customer Service, definitely not coming back or taking my family there any more.
They had no concerns for me having a fall just outside their shop. They just wanted to find a reason to take my deposit.
Really Bad People, worst operators in Airlie Beach.
